Their keyboards are funny

First off I want to let everyone know that the keyboards over here just are not right. The question mark is beside the zero key. the at symbol has a special shift key required. The underscore is just left og the right shift. It's a mess. Every apostrophe requires effort, and if you fail it results in: à. I hope that explains some things.

Yesterday was fairly uneventful. The weather was unpleasant, the streets were crowded, and we came back to Ostia early. This morning several of us went to Mass at a Catcholic cathedral here in Ostia. Obviously I couldn't understand anything (maybe a "Paul" here and a "Jesus" there). An elderly couple renewed their vows, which was nice. Other than that...lots of sitting, standing, and kneeling, but the building was obviously gorgeous.

I know it sounds uneventful, but I'm doing a lot of site seeing tomorrow. All of the typical stuff. It should be fun, but will probably be tiring.

Wow... weird keyboards. It sounds like you're having fun, though. I'm sure Mass was interesting.

Apparently, you can't get a house any bigger than the one we have now in Animal Crossing. However! If you pay off the 800,000 bells to Tom Nook for the upstairs, you do get a carved statue of yourself put in front of the train station! We haven't even started paying it off yet, but hopefully we'll have a statue by the time we have to give up the Wii. Oh, and everyone in Mercston keeps talking about you. Some are worried, some tell us not to be like you because you never write them. Lobo says he was your mentor back in the day. And people keep moving away, too. Michael started a Berea, so some of the Mercston people have moved there and a lot of new people have moved to Mercston to replace them. Oh! And just now, Michael read that only when a visitor from another town buys something at Tom Nook's will he make his final expansion on his shop! So we're gonna do that right away!

This is a really long comment... okay, bye!

Ah, I see, a weird keyboard caused the mistakes. That's certainly understandable. If I had a weird keyboard I'm sure I'd make a LOT of mistakes.

The mass sounds like it was something interesting you'd never seen. I'm sure the building really was gorgeous.

Thanks for keeping us updated!

Love,

Mom

I'm sure if the mass was in Latin, hardly anyone understood it. :-)
